From new hires to seasoned project leaders, our programs equip your workforce to manage risk, increase efficiency, and deliver results at every level of your organization.

Our mission is simple: to develop capable, confident, and motivated leaders across the construction industry. We partner with you to design and deliver customized training solutions that align with your goals and elevate performance where it matters most—on the job.

My experience spans from being a pipe fitter's helper to managing materials on a billion dollar international project. I’ve served in roles including project manager, owner’s representative, site materials manager, project engineer and more. These hands-on experiences give me a deep and practical understanding of the construction industry.

My expertise is further supported by a PhD in Adult Learning and Curriculum Development and experience as a college professor in the School of Construction Management at Purdue University.

At Build Your Know, LLC, I combine practical field knowledge with academic insight to design, deliver, and evaluate targeted training programs. I’m passionate about developing individuals and organizations to strengthen and advance the construction workforce.
