Meet Our Team

With over 20 years of experience on commercial and industrial projects across the US and internationally, including roles as a project manager, owner's representative, site material manager, and project engineer, I bring a deep understanding of the construction industry. My expertise is further strengthened by a PhD in Adult Learning and Curriculum Development, and a tenure as a college professor in the School of Construction Management at Purdue University.

As the Founder of Build Your Know, LLC, I leverage this unique blend of practical and academic knowledge to develop, facilitate, and evaluate targeted training. My passion lies in building individuals and companies to advance the construction workforce.
