Start Training

With over 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction projects across the U.S. and internationally, I’ve served in roles including project manager, owner’s representative, site materials manager, and project engineer. This hands-on experience gives me a deep and practical understanding of the construction industry.

My expertise is further supported by a PhD in Adult Learning and Curriculum Development and experience as a college professor in the School of Construction Management at Purdue University.

As the Founder of Build Your Know, LLC, I combine practical field knowledge with academic insight to design, deliver, and evaluate targeted training programs. I’m passionate about developing individuals and organizations to strengthen and advance the construction workforce.
