About the Business

At Build Your Know, we develop and facilitate construction project management and site supervision training designed for today’s construction workforce. Our programs combine technical knowledge with the leadership and communication skills needed to successfully manage projects, lead teams, and improve jobsite performance.

With real-world construction industry experience, we provide practical, engaging training for project managers, superintendents, foremen, coordinators, engineers, and field leaders. Courses are tailored to support workforce development through interactive learning, collaboration, and industry best practices. Training topics include:

Project management fundamentals - Planning and scheduling - Site supervision and field leadership

Communication and collaboration - Conflict resolution and problem solving - Productivity and accountability

Generational and workforce communication - Construction technology and project controls - Team development and coaching

Software training includes: MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Excel
